Every possible strand of the arts is represented in our comprehensive arts programme. Theatre, music, literature, dance, visual arts and crafts are all featured on a regular basis and there is a constant programme of events for children, people with special needs and specific interest groups.

If you are a teacher or community group leader, let us know what type of events you are interested in - we frequently run workshops to complement theatre or dance performances. Your group could come along and join in the fun. Some of these events are free. We also run a series of print workshops - these can be targeted for different age ranges - if you're interested in finding out more give Elaine a ring at the Town Hall on 01388 602610.
Art Exhibitions
One of the main attractions of the Town Hall is the McGuinness Gallery which provides a splendid location for artists to display their artistic talents.
