Using the Attachments
Once you have ‘Adobe Acrobat Reader’ you will be able to access the PDF attachments quickly and easily by simply clicking on the PDF icons within this website, which look like this:
Each PDF attachments is accompanied by information about the ‘file size’ (in Kilobytes – kb, or Megabytes mb) and details of the ‘number of pages’ included in the attachment. Note that an attachment with a large file size may take longer to download if you are using a standard internet connection/modem. You should also be able to read a summary of the document before opening it.
It is possible to zoom in and out in order to read PDF attachments on screen, alternatively you might like to print the information for your own use.

Using Online Forms
Our ‘online forms’ provide the opportunity for you to contact us, even if you do not have your own email account. Please ensure you have read our Privacy Statement before contacting us via an online form.
