Inspired by the images from the archives and the photography workshops these creative writing sessions will cover a range of styles which will convey pictures in words to add to the exhibition.
David Napthine has written over 20 plays for BBC Radio Drama and written extensively for theatre. He is currently developing a site specific performance for Cumbria Wildlife Trust/Priam Arts; and working with Durham University as a member of Hearing the Voice multi-disciplinary research project.

Our Engage workshops are open to anyone over the age of 12 (under 16’s to be accompanied by an adult for photography workshops) and no prior experience is necessary. Each workshop will be interactive, fun and informative and will be delivered by expert regional artists. Places are limited on each workshop so please book early to avoid disappointment
